ABOUT INNOFLOW
Innoflow makes it easier for companies to run case‑based hiring processes from end to end. Candidates solve tailored cases, and companies review their work through a guided flow instead of relying only on applications and interviews.
The platform helps organisations cut time and cost in evaluation while going deeper into skills, motivation, and cultural fit. By standardising how cases are given and judged, Innoflow supports more inclusive hiring and reduces the impact of personal bias in early decisions.
MY ROLE
Innoflow was a first professional step into UX/UI, and the work covered several key parts of the product. As a UX/UI Designer, the focus was on flows such as Candidates Overview, Judging, Review, Create Landing Page, and General Settings.
CANDIDATES OVERVIEW
The Candidates Overview gives a clear list of everyone who has applied or signed up for a specific role. Crucially, it hides personal details like names and photos during evaluation, so decisions are based on the quality of the case work, not on who the candidate is.
Only after grading is complete are identities revealed, which helps create a fairer process and a more level playing field for all candidates. This structure supports more objective hiring, especially in early stages where unconscious bias often has the strongest impact.
JUDGJING
Judging criteria are at the heart of how Innoflow works. Companies can define their own criteria—for example, problem‑solving, communication, creativity, or technical depth—and add as many as they need for a given role.
Each criterion can be scored on different scales, giving hiring teams a structured way to rate cases. This turns what is often a vague “feel” about a candidate into a more consistent, comparable set of scores and notes across all reviewers.
REVIEW
The Review stage brings all graded cases together so administrators can decide what happens next. For each candidate, admins can reject, move forward, or design a more detailed journey with stages like first interview, second interview, and beyond.
This flexibility lets companies shape a hiring flow that matches their own process while still staying within a consistent, case‑driven structure. It keeps the pipeline organised and makes it easier to track where each candidate stands.
GENERAL SETTINGS
General Settings gives companies control over how each case and event is set up. The page is split into two areas: Settings and Administrators.
In Administrators, teams can add or remove people who should manage an event, making responsibilities clear and collaboration easier. In Settings, they can upload or remove files, manage key documents, and update the messages sent to participants and judges. This keeps everything important in one place and reduces confusion around who owns which part of the process.
CREATE LANDING PAGE
The Create Landing Page flow lets companies design their own public case or event page. They can adjust visuals, content, and structure so the page matches their brand and feels professional to candidates.
This not only improves the first impression but also helps set expectations by clearly explaining the case, the role, and the process. It turns what could be a generic form into a branded experience that reflects the company’s culture and values.
CONCLUSION
Innoflow was a hands‑on training ground in building digital products that balance business needs with fairness and user experience. The work touched everything from flow design and wireframing to stakeholder communication and aligning features with the core mission of reducing bias in hiring.
This experience helped build a strong foundation in designing clear, structured tools that support better decisions—both for companies looking for the right talent and for candidates who deserve to be judged on their actual work.
